do you go bowling for fun? when was the last time you went?

I usta do it a lot. Not since 1998. Had a 199 avg in league play. Not even for fun.

I used to bowl on a league. Which was pretty much a reason for the women to leave their golfing hubbys at home with the kids for a night and go out bowl and have a beer. Sounds like the "sexist" tables were turned right. Bowling was a blast and very frustrating if you are competetive and suck at it. Anyway I had a 150 average. Not great but I had a lot of fun. That was 4 years ago. Now the hubby and I will take the kids recreational bowling. It's a blast for them.

YES!! I live in Michigan, everyone knows how to bowl here. Bowling is lots of fun when drinking is involved. Yet another Michigan thing...include alcohol in any activity to have more fun. The last time I went was probably about 3 months ago, (more of a winter thing)

Bowled a couple times for fun, never learned the scoring. I went in a bowling alley for change a couple years ago and to change (my clothes in the restroom) a few years b4 that. I bet I haven't actually bowled in twenty some years. Has it gotten any fun?

But I work for an 85 year old Woman who bowls every Friday.

She is on a team and learned as a kid in New York- there was a bowling alley in the building next door to where she grew up.

Yes, I was on a league for two years until I got pregnant and had to stop last December. I will hopefully get on another league this September. Before that I used to go Moonlight bowling a lot, which is a lot of fun!

I know how to bowl but I am pathetic at it. I went for fun but my friends went to be able to brag about how great they were at it. They even talked me into joining a league! What a miserable time that was. I haven't bowled in 10 years because of that experience!

We went a couple of months ago. I got a 52, I think. We just go for fun (obviously). The most of us don't play very well, so we just like to sit there and bowl and have sodas and hang out.

I am not the best bowler, but I will go so my friends will have someone to make fun of. Actually I go for the drinks! The last time i went was about 6 months ago and the ppl i was with even taught me a few things.

i used to bowl all the time. i grew up going to the alley with my mom and dad who were both on leagues ans each of my kids bowled in leagues too. unfortunately, due to knee problems, i've had to quit. last time i went, with my 9 yr old, my knee completely gave out and that was the end of it. i really miss it. it's a lot of fun. it strange that a lot of people think of bowling as a tacky. like a trailer trash sport. they obviously don't realize what good exercise it is.

I signed up for a Fall bowling tournament last year but I stopped going halfway through because my friend didn't show up half of the time. Without the good luck I'm terrible.

If you rea asking if I can pick up a heavy ball and throw it at some pins....then Yes, I do know how to bowl......But if you are asking for my success rate.....well no, I dont think I have ever scored more than 150 per game......The last time I went was about a year ago.....

a couple of weeks ago at Brunswick zone with my 4 brothers, my parents and my grandpa. We went to the arcade to. We went for fun. I know how to bowl, and am pretty good at times

Yes. It's fun but haven't done it in years. Knowing the theory and putting it into practise though - somehow are 2 very different things pins move and all sorts of stuff just to avoid the ball.

I've been a bowler all my life and I'm decent. Earlier in life I was competitive, but now that I've mellowed out, it's just for fun. Our family last went a few months ago.

i know how to bowl, i hav a league, the last time i went was saturday. i go almost every saturday for my league. im 12 and my average is kinda low, 113...without the railings (bumpers)

i actually had a bowling b-day party in the 5th grade(now im in 8th) it was awesome we bowled in the dark and there were laser lights and the bowling balls glowed in the dark xD

I do know how to bowl... I can play ten pin, five pin and duck or candle pin... I used to know how to score, but nowadays every alley seems to have automatic scoring... "Mark it 8, Dude."



Last time I went was last year, with my girlfriend and we played ten pin... I like the 12-pounder, black, and I have my own shoes, which were handed down to me from my Dad...
