I report them when they have broken the rules of Yahoo! Answers. I don't do it through jealousy, hate, selfishness, head case, purely trollness or whatsoever. I report when needed. I hope this answers to your question.

I only report people if I have a good reason such as them making insults at me or someone I love, name calling etc. or if they are rude, obnoxious, or vulgar.

I usually don't report people. The only time I do is when its a troll thats really getting on me nerves...but most of the time they are pretty harmless too...
