4 x 20 440ml cans Becks VIER

2 pints skimmed milk

2 x 250g Lavazza espresso coffee grounds

1 x 500g Kellogg's Crunchy Nut Cornflakes

Meat - pork/beef/lamb whatever my butcher recommends

Bucketloads of veg from local farm shop

and the usual consumables (soap, tpaste, shampoo, blah blah blah)



Seasonal treats such as xmas pud+mince pies obviously

I am the younger out of two kids. My sister is 18. We make the shopping list, my mom just buys the stuff, or tells us we have to wait until it goes on sale.

1 gallon of milk 1% 10% hamburger frozen skinless chicken breast sandwich turkey loaf of bread oranges apples bananas Yogrt vanilla frozen berries 2 steaks I box frosted flakes. kashi beer if needed noodles spagetti sauce frozen mixed vegies



Warehouse store once a month for paper stuff and soaps etc.

turkey bacon, chicken, vegetables (broccoli, celery, onion, tomato, cauliflower) skim milk, usually some Tilapia, orange juice, cat food, cottage cheese, yogurt, beer. I try to eat pretty healthy
