Question:
Have you ever tried lucid dreaming?

If so, what are you going to try to dream about tonight?
In many of my lucid dreams, I love being able to sprout wings and rescue people - as well as fly. I try to do that each night.

What about you? Do you try to dream about a certain subject, action, characteristic? Do explain and edit with your corrections/update tomorrow morning!

Good night, sweet dreams.
LOVE,
AP

I envy you... I've always wanted to LD, and have tried some exercises, but I've never been able to get it to work. I know I *can* LD, though, because it's happened spontaneously a couple of times. It certainly is fun...

one of my abnormal psychology professors told me he actually went to a workshop to learn how to have lucid dreams and now he has them all the time when he wants. i believe him cause he's a great teacher. i've seen lots of pages on them but i've never been able to have one.

No, I have never heard of lucid dreaming...but I guess it means that you attempt to choose the subjects of your dreams and have dreams that you control.
