It's odd cause when I'm sad I never have anybody to joke and make me feel better, so I don't know how it feels to laugh when I'm sad. I usually just cry and that makes me feel okay, so to me that's the best medicine.

surely in case you're unhappy, i've got been by using lots and that i say guffawing with my pals is the final drugs. Laughter basically lasts for see you later although. as quickly as you're finished awesome such as your friends, and guffawing regularly unhappiness comes returned till the area is solved. So somewhat this is a short-term therapy for unhappiness. in case you're talking approximately regularly then no.

I think that a good, sunny attitude really helps people during and following an illness or surgery. I think I have a good sense of humor, but that may be one of those things that one can't really be subjective about.

it is but the down side of it is after all of the laughing has stopped, here comes the laugh lines therefore nothing to laugh about anymore......darn it!
