Which do you prefer and why? I used to watch everything fullscreen but I am really beginning to appreciate the aspect ratio of widescreen.

widescreen without doubt. you get to see what the director intended for each shot. I hate fullscreen now, i will only use it on a very small TV.

Widescreen! Movies are designed to be played in widescreen at the theater. They have to be cropped for full screen, so they lose something

Widescreen because then I can see the whole picture just as if I was in the movie theater.

FULL SCREEN hands down!!!!! I understand your propensity for the wide screen...but in my analysis, I have grown up on wide screen....I don't think..aside from some REAL EPIC films...that i am missing too much!!! What is the MOST important thing for me is this......GREAT RESOLUTION on whatever screen I am watching...i love it crystal clear!!!

big 52 inch flat panel LCD full screen. i like watching sonic the hedge hog and Mario. may the force b with u, full screen all the way.

Wide screen for some and full for others depending on the movie, but full screen for the children's movies.
