Mine used to be garlic or onion powder, then it became 'chile con limon' (a mexican seasoning by Via Nueva), now it is this Trader Joe's seasoning called '21 seasoning salute'. It is great for almost everything and has no salt so you can monitor how much or what kind of salt you want to use.
(Sometimes I use kosher, sometimes regular and sometimes lite salt- with low sodium)

Garlic for me too, I also use onion powder, celery salt, basil, and season salt a lot too... I love spicing things up!
Mix all these things together for a great dry rub!

I rarely use any spices unless I'm going to BBQ. Lemon pepper seems to get used a lot around here, but I don't spend much time in the kitchen.

Garlic salt everytime. I love it! I don't use normal salt anymore. We also used mixed herbs a bit too. My hubby loves using as many herbs and spices whenever he cooks the main meal!!

Garlic for sure! But I also don't cook anything without a spice called Tony's Chachere. I'm not even sure if they sell it everywhere. I'm from New Orleans and it is heavily used in this area.
