I will refer you to the wondrous world of YouTube and the many many many informational videos on cyst-popping technique. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if the Law still applies if the Boyle is filled with staph.

I suggest you go to a fast food restaurant and stick a pin in one of those overweight, blimpy-Wimpey customers and see if they deflate. I'm guessing they only get a slow puncture. Blimps are non-rigid!

I've seen it happen on various cartoons so I say that you can. NOT ONLY can you pop one..but if you do it will zoom around and hit various monuments on the way down. I can come up with proof if you need any.
