Could a person being hit by a car ever be considered funny?

I was watching a funny video with people tripping and falling off their scateboards...stuff like that. Then all of a sudden, there's a clip of a guy acually being hit by a car while crossing the street! He likely died from it. Why one would put that into a blooper reel is beyond me.So, is this kind of thing funny or not?

you should separate these things: The FACT that someone dies is really sad of course, but the WAY someone crashes into a car could be very funny...

No it's not funny at all. I will never understand how any one can think pain of any kind is funny. Even when I was a kid. I didn't like the 3 Stooges for example, because they were constantly hitting each either by slapping and going as far as to using an object. People complain that there is too much violence in movies today. TODAY? It's been in movies for years. I know for a fact the 3 Stooges were popular in the early 50's and probably in the 40's. Grant you, I agree the violence has gotten worse through the years. Now just smacking some one is not funny enough. Now it has to be so severe, as you say, death could be the out come.

I saw a blooper of a guy crossing the street getting "ping-pong"'ed by two cars. Boom...Boom...blink@! I didn't find it funny but I couldn't help watching it over and over. You could see his two briefcases fly in opposite directions and then something that looks like a tooth bounce away in the second direction he flies off too.



LOOK BOTH WAYS!!! (and if there is a car coming in BOTH WAYS definitely don't cross the street) Somebody should have told that guy.

I would say no in the situation you describe, but in answer to your question could a person being hit by a car ever be considered funny the answer is yes.



I knew someone who (not a friend but an associate) was getting into a fight with another boy, nothing serious just angry words and a bit of pushing, his mother was a bit of a drama queen and started running across the street screaming to try and break it up. As I said it was really nothing not a big fight, anyways as she's running across the street screaming a car pulls up to the stop sign and she plows right into the side of it, she wasn't seriously injured and it was one of the funniest things I ever saw.

Anyone getting hurt is not funny. Especially getting hit by something like a car. One of my good friends got hit by a car and although she didn't die from it she did go through a lot of suffering. It wasn't even her fault. The guy who was driving did not see her.

I have this thing that I do: When life throws me something totally irritating/frustrating/absurd/difficult or just sucky, I often think to myself, "If I was someone else, this could be funny!"



Getting hit by a car (assuming it's your own damn fault) is totally hilarious. There's a clip on youtube that has some idiot "car jumping" and after he jumps one, he's gloating to the camera instead of looking around, and he's hit by a car. I'm pretty sure their thing was staged, but it makes me want to wet my pants with laughter anyway.



People need to get a sense of humor.



Of course if some drunk m*th*rf*cker runs over an old lady or kid or something, that is different.

No it is so far from funny. When I was just a child my cousin who was also a child was hit by a car and died at just 5 years old, it was heart wrenching for the whole family.

Mine's no longer possibly that humorous in spite of the shown fact that it quite is quite stupid. I finding out to purchase with my buddy and we desperate it may be exciting if we ran up the down escalator. i replaced into donning flipflops, so i thoroughly tripped and fell on my face! I hit my shin on between the stairs and that i've got been given a deep shrink that doesn't end bleeding! i had to pass to the bathing room and carry a paper towel on it for like 20 minutes. That got here approximately like 5 years in the past and that i nonetheless have a scar/dent in my shin. i'm in no way gonna stay that one down

I have seen some humerous incidents with cars, but there were usually self-inflicted and the car wasn;t going that fast. Being hit by a car is never funny
