Not that I've done a whole lot of cross-country driving, but I've got to say I-70 in Maryland. (The crazies are not all Maryland drivers, though I'm not gonna point fingers.)

It's like the autobahn...people doing practically 120 mph and never a state trooper to be seen. Any other freeway is crawling with them.

Nothing beats I-5 highway in San Diego on Friday at 2AM. You watch the road not in front of you, but rather make sure noone slams into you from both sides at 100mph+, in the right lane, mind it. And most of the cars are raced to make it more exciting.

New Orleans, LA I-10.

Maybe it's because Louisiana is notorious for drunks. The closer you get to New Orleans, the more risky maneuvers you see.



Also, its common to see someone smoking dope in the car next to you. HA.
