I'm sure the police aren't going to go through a whole lot of trouble just to find out who really ordered the pizza. You're friend may get into some when she doesn't pay for the pizza, they usually call the police when that happens. She's going to kick your behind when she finds out lmao, nice practical joke.

honestly i don't think its illegal to do this. domino's makes the choice to make the pizza before you pay in the hopes that you will pay for the pizza when you get it. i would advise that you tell your Friend that you will pay for the pizza, or he wont accept it and everyone loses. its not stealing because you haven't bought it yet. also, they dont seem to get anyone in trouble. or at least i haven't heard any stories about domino's pressing charges.

Identity theft is a form of stealing someone's identity in which someone pretends to be someone else by assuming that person's identity, typically in order to access resources or obtain credit and other benefits in that person's name. The victim of identity theft (here meaning the person whose identity has been assumed by the identity thief) can suffer adverse consequences if they are held accountable for the perpetrator's actions. Identity theft occurs when someone uses your personally identifying information, like your name, Social Security number, or credit card number, without your permission, to commit fraud or other crimes.
Currently, an identity thief whose crime results in financial loss up to $200 faces a misdemeanor conviction and confinement for not more than 12 months and/or a maximum fine of $2,500. An identity thief, whose crime results in financial loss greater than $200, faces a felony conviction and a term of imprisonment of not less than one year nor more than five years.

Sounds like you did everything just perfectly. Im sure you wont get caught & it will be pretty awkward when the pizza man arrives a t her house w/ her unexpecting to pay. i wonder how that will turn out lol

Well yes, they have to get your number some how and even though they ask for your number they still have it in there system when you call it.

if they get mad and go further into details then you can diffidently get caught and in trouble, unless your friend will just take it as a joke
