I’m going to be studying abroad in London from February to June and am wondering what are the best clubs for Friday and Saturday nights. I’m gay but my friends are mostly straight, so both straight and gay clubs are fine. We primarily like any type of electronic dance music.
I’ve heard about Fabric, Heaven (G-A-Y), and Ministry of Sound, but I’m sure there are many more. Which clubs are best on Friday nights and best on Saturday night?
Any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks ahead of time!

Soho is the 'gay' area in London, it's great, lots of Chinese restaurants and bars there too :) it depends what kind of music you like but if you like superclubs with commercial music, RnB, Dance etc, Leicester Square is a good place to go. There are lots of reps who will sell tickets and stand around in Leicester Square on the weekends at night to give you advice on clubs and you can give them your number and they'll text you updates for where's good each weekend. You can text them yourself and they will add you to their list, here are some numbers I have:

07950 891 616

07774 092 749

I personally love Cafe de Paris, wicked music, wicked atmosphere, always busy. It's good on both Friday and Saturday but I prefer clubbing on Saturday and just bars on Friday. Drinks are really expensive inside London clubs, e.g - £8-10 for a double vodka coke so drink before at home with friends or go to happy hour! Have fun :)
