Is this email for real or is it spam?

i received an email from a stranger and it says "Hiii (her email) is my msn msgr add me and lets talk, i seen your pics already on that site and you are so cute im 22/f just lookin to have some fun :)"

all the spam email goes to the junk folder but this one was in my inbox?

If you don't know who it is, I wouldn't worry about it. It could be your email address used to belong to someone else and they're thinking they're emailing that person.
