What disco song makes you cringe?

Anything with a metronome marking of 120. I like the way disco repackaged itself as "techno," and managed to stay around. That's marketing. It's still awful music, though.

Anything by the BeeGees, KC and the Sunshine Band, and any song that has the doot doot thing going on.



Really - to be honest, there are so many disco songs that make me cringe, or scream, or yell, or make me want to kill someone that there isn't enough room here to name them all.



And when I was listening to the radio in the heyday of disco - that is all that was on - all the time. Incessantly. Like being incarcerated at Gitmo - it was pure torture.
