1. Its not really that bad

2. They would make a lot of money off of taxes

3, It would keep smokers out of prison and make space for the real criminals

4. It would keep "gangsters" from killing each other off of drug sales("slanging" in the wrong territory).

Everybody else is lacking the point right here. The large difference between the feasible new breakthroughs of cannabinoid use for treating Alzheimers and the various makes use of for affliction/nausea remedy is that the newer stuff entails virtually possibly lessening the affect of a sickness itself as an alternative than easing signs quickly. This is a vastly major difference! Regrettably, many folks refuse to look how terrible persistent soreness and nausea can also be, and they're reluctant to look comfort of those symptoms as enough of a 'professional' to counteract the 'cons' of marijuana use. Seeing upgrades in cognitive function and memory is totally distinct, and much more likely to be obvious as an actual purpose for legalization, if science relatively manages to seek out such effects in people.

This is how I see it...

In the UK, there is a massive usage of cannabis. It's illegal but so what? Policemen, doctors, solicitors, paramedics etc use it. A good reason to make it legal is to raise revenue for our country because it will be taxed, of course.... I don't believe this will make the drug any more expensive for the end user as there will be no risk factor for suppliers and cultivators or smugglers which will bring the price of the raw product down dramatically... Like most other things in the UK, it's the tax that makes it expensive....

Its safe if anything you will just get hungry and pontificate on the most obscure ideas its cant kill you no one has ever over dosed on it most people get relaxed and happy some times depending on your mood it can cause slight paranoia if anything we should make alcohol illegal that causes way to much death and crime and make weed legal it would calm everyone down maybe then the government can actually get something done hope i could help

It isn't dangerous at all. It helps people with chronic pain better than anything. Millions of people use it regardless of it being legal or not. The cost of keeping it illegal is enormous.

Because the drug its self isn't any more bad for you than Alcohol. And the dangerous aspects of it (i.e. gangsters looking for a quick buck) disapear when it becomes legal.

marijuana is a freaking flower. I dont smoke weed but the only reason why its illegal is simply because the government cant tax it. Im not saying its good for you, though
