Sunday morning paper with coffee and then off to make Migas...saute diced jalapenos, tomatoes and onion in a little bacon grease. Once tender, add a few eggs and cook, while cooking add a few fresh corn tortillas cut into strips. Mix in some shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top and dig in! Ole'
