Im trying to see if im the only one who has been using the same password for years for EVERYTHING LIKE email accounts, myspace, facebook, etc.

Hotmail was hacked a few months ago and that was a big enough scare. Everything has a different password and I store my passwords behind one master password using KeePass. It was recommended by a friend a couple of years ago and it encrypts, generates 20 character long passwords and is very secure.
I can remember most of the ones I use often but KP is a very good back up to have.

Pretty much yes.. though i invert it or substitute a couple of letters once in a while.

I use to, but I don't anymore. It's to easy for hackers.
