I live in Maryland, about 5 minutes from DC. Love the area, cause shopping is near by, and as i said, DC is 3 lights away. Pretty safe neighbor, with plenty of trees all around. The beltway is also 5 minutes away in the other direction. I walk to stores, and have plenty of parking. I like living here and have in this area for about for over 10 years. As a past Air Force brat, other than Calif and Europe, i like the DC area the best. There is so much to in DC and Md, it would take forever to list it all. A little pricey as far as homes and apts,go, but you would like it, Hope this help.

1. where do you live? Illinois, Chicago suburbs.

2. what do you like/dislike about it? Chicago is the BEST city in the US! It's like a cleaner, friendlier version of NYC. But the suburbs are just an endless boring sprawl, and then after that it's just corn fields. The weather is nice - you get all four seasons, but honestly sometimes I don't want the winter to come.

3. what are some fun activites/things to do where you live? In the summer I go to the city, go thrifting, go to the beach. In the winter I go to the movies, or just chill.

4. would you prefer to live somewhere else? YES

if so, where and why? I'd rather live in San Francisco...I've never actually been there, but from what I've seen it looks great. I'd also like to live in the actual city of Chicago, because the suburbs are too lifeless for me.

5. what states have you been to that you liked? California was beautiful. I also liked Florida. Canada isn't a State, but it was cool too.

6. what are some pretty states you have visited? Same as above.

1. Northern California (walnut creek)

2. Its a beautiful area with good shopping areas, it's near SF and SAC and many other cool places, and is also near nature areas...it's like you can relax in the country during the day & party in the city at night...

3 you can shop, hike, classes, run, bike, eat out, club, travel to near cities, explore

4. Nope. I've been to a lot of places & the weather & people are perfect here(:

5. Most of cali i love<3 I've been happy in ST. louis missouri, and on the big island of hawaii is fun for a while...i'm going to move there for retirement..

6. Every state has its own beauty, I just prefer warmer climates...but walnut creek is never to hot and never too cold...it's perfect!!!

1. Eastern Oregon

2. I like the mountains and the fact that is a rural area. I dislike that there is so little of a night life and since I have lived here my entire life, everyone knows everyone elses problems and drama.

3. There aren't many fun things to do. Go camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, outdoorsy stuff. In town you can go for walks or find something to do at home.

4. I would prefer to live in Montana because there are more and bigger mountains there and the speed limit is higher and it's somewhere new.

5. I have been to and liked, Montana, Northern Idaho, and West Washington.

6. Those are also the prettiest and only states I have visited.

Even western Oregon is better than eastern Oregon. At least there is some kind of night life there, not to mention somewhere to go shopping.

I live in Florida

dislike the weather during hurricane season/love the weather any other time (prefer cooler weather thou.. I love it when the house has to have the heater on, lol)

the beach is fun and the fact that I can go on vacation without leaving my city is cool too

I would prefer to live in New York (and I am moving there)

Liked it every since the very first time I went (I love it.. it matches my personality and my dream job is located there)

I've visited quite a few (growing up, my parents took many vacations plus I went to many summer camps all over) pretty states probably south or north carolina, texas was cool too and a camp in Oklahoma was very pretty; best out of all the camps I've been (but not too sure about the rest of the state)..
