its 7am now n i need to fall back asleep. i gotta get back up at noon. wut do i do to fall asleep?

mah cat in heat n she had me up almost all nite last nite, so i was so tired by da time i got home. i finally fell asleep at like 3am n she woke me up howling over n over at 6am, n i gotta get sleep tonite cuz mah friend gona take me shoppin tomorrow at around 1, n i gotta go to a party at 10pm. i need to sleep between now n noon. i got insomnia so once i wake up i cant fall back asleep. i finally got mah cat to shut up. wut pills can i take to fall asleep for like 5hours?

I worked graveyards and always had this problem. But this works. Make it as dark as possible and maybe some "white noise" but not too loud. Then lay there and force your eyes open like in a staredown. It makes your eyes tired, and turns your brain off from other thoughts and pretty soon zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I'm not going to recommend any pills. But maybe a warm bath in the dark to unwind, and a dark room, and bed.

Put on some soft music to lull yourself back to sleep, and get your cat spayed as soon as possible.

massage the soles of your feet. left foot first. you can do it lying down. rub hard especially on painful areas. do it for like 2 minutes. you'll fall asleep after without meaning to.
