Tazeen, I'm was at the meeting with your boss. He asked me to tell you to get off the net, and get back to work. He just left - and said he'd deal with you when he got back. (He didn't look happy!) Personally, I don't think it was a good idea to put your photo in your post - that's what caught his attention.
