I seem to learn better by experimenting on my own than someone teach me how to do something. Even for simple things as on instruction manuals etc, If rather than somebody teach me how to do it, I find that I feel completely blank. But when I try to do it on my own, I excel. Is that bad? Because I jsut get mostly awkward and blank when someone teaches me..

No, it's not bad. Every person learns in a different, specific way. There's also something that's called "learning processes" where you can take a test to see if you are a visual learner or an auditory learner. Stuff like that. It's not bad that you can do this on your own. It's actually pretty good you excel on your own, showing capability and individual approach. In short, everyone learns in their own way. Your way is just on your own.
