Have you given up your TV for your computer?

Question

I like spending time on my computer much more than watching TV.
TV hours per week = < 3 hrs.
computer hours per week = 15+

Do you need another computer to keep everyone in the house happy?

I do both at the same time sometimes, so I spend equal amount of time on both.

I spend more time on the computer then I do sleeping. The new TV shows are going to start so I think I will watch TV alot more. We have 2 computers in the house.

I don't watch much TV for the simple reason that it's all repeats right now. As for this computer, if it's not business bringing me here, I check my e-mail and I come here and go there and everywhere for at least an hour. I have too many responsibilities to stay on here much longer. People depend on me for different things and I got serious work to do.



We have 3 computers here and they serve different functions. The one I'm using right now has online capability and is shared--it's like community property for everyone here. The other two are used strictly for work and nothing else.

Definitely need another computer in the house. Husband is more addicted to fantasy sports than I am to anything else on the computer. Even if I'm doing legitimate work for work, he gets fussy.



But if I had to pick just one to be stuck with for entertainment, I'd go with the TV.

I'm lucky in that I don't have to share my computer with anyone. And have I given up TV for my computer? No. I find I have time in my life for all sorts of useless activities.

YES! ....lol like years ago :) not a good thing though because friends and family have ganged up on me over it :) I have 2 desk tops and 1 laptop right now, but I get on more then anyone else here.

We don't have cable or satelite...so my computer is what i am on almost 24/7.
