No
No matter where you are, on Earth, at the opposite corner of Milky Way, in our neighboring galaxy Andromeda, or in the furthest galaxy detected by Hubble telescope, the law of physics is the same. There is no evidence so far to suggest that the law of physics is different at different corners of the universe.
Do I believe there's other advance civilization out there? Yes. Look up in the sky, and for every 1mm square box, you can find up to 10000 different galaxies, that can be detected by our telescope so far. There are more galaxies out there than there are humans who ever walked the Earth.
But the law of physics makes space travel difficult.
And if they are very advance that they can warp space or open wormholes, it would be arrogant of us to think that they will visit Earth. We don't take note of the ants we see outside our homes everyday, or greet the monkey in the zoo. We would be like the monkey and baboon to them, we are insignificant
