This is a breach of rights and this is a violation of Sex Equality.

Why did this happen? What can we do to help this poor man fight for his rights amidst injustice and bias in Kansas Courts?

Apparently her lawyers found a legal loophole that the contract between him and her was null and void in the state of Kansas because they didn't use a licensed physician to perform the artificial insemination. It just goes to show that there is no such thing as "too low" for some people when it comes to getting money.

they shouldn't be considering they only do it to help women get pregnant when their spouse cant do it for them they should not have any contact with the baby's life and the person getting the sperm shouldn't even know the name
