Which is worse? Being in a place that is too loud or too quiet?

I think for me it would be being in a place that's too quiet. I can't stand the quiet that much, I mean it puts pressure on me to be quiet just like everyone else! And I'm not a quiet person at all, totally outgoing and spontaneous!

Too loud i won't be able to stand the chit chat and the shouting around the lecture room on an identical time as i'm attempting to hearken to what the instructor is asserting or analyzing,yet having pronounced that being able that's only too quiet is amazingly creepy sometimes yet different situations that's superb.

I think some people are scared of silence. Maybe because it creates awkwardness? But, is it really that bad to just sit.... and enjoy the silence. Just listen, maybe you will hear something you need to hear.

Too loud! At least if its too quiet you can make your own noise if need be. But real silence needs to be listened to, to be appreciated.



If you can't handle the quiet it could signify that you are afraid to be alone with yourself, and your own thoughts....

Too loud, I'm hypersensitive to noises. If it's too quiet I can always hum to myself. I tend to spaz out when things are too loud.

too loud would be worse for me. only b/c at some point it's gonna be painful on my ears, lol. In general though, I don't mind noisy situations at all ... but there is something to be said for the peace & serenity found in silence ...
