It annoys the crap out of me.It's usually hip-hop at like two in the morning.It makes me want to park in front of their house when they finally go to sleep and blast Misfits.

Yes, a neighbors lad does, shakes the bloody double glazing, because it's so loud. If I put my hand on the inner pane of glass I can feel the beat through it.

Yes. Urban Legend - Neighbors' next door teen consistently did that, after warnings, neighbor touched auto radio antenna with stun gun.
