I think there has to be trust. But there has to be boudaries and understandings too.. If you don't have both then most likely he will hang himself. Just the nature of men. Not to say that there aren't the good guys out there.. There are some good ones still left!

Yes. And he'll even build his own stairs up to the platform to get to the noose. My husband has started to catch on to this. When he sees me grab a cup of tea and sit back quietly, he knows he's probably doing something or about to do something really stupid, and I want to get comfortable for the entertainment.
