I took a quiz today in Criminal Justice and it was all true and false. The First Amendment in the Bill of Rights states that we have the freedom of speech, religion, assembly, press, and petition. Five freedoms. One question was: "The First Amendment includes four different freedoms." Would that be true or false? I was told to read it word for word because we weren't allowed to ask questions. And the keyword that I caught was 'include', so wouldn't the answer be true?

In my opinion, yes.

They really shouldn't put trick questions on school quizzes.

Did you get a grade for it yet?
