Are you an aitch person or a 'h'aitch person?

The phonetic pronunciation of the letter 'h' is aitch. The dictionary spelling of the letter 'h' is aitch. Why do some people feel the need to pronounce it h'aitch?

i think people pronouce it haitch because if you are sounding out a word that begins with an h it makes the 'huh' sound e.g. house, horse, haitch!

its h'aitch for me... i know its wrong but it makes sense to be h'aitch, cos thats the sound that the letter makes. Plus thats how i was raised to say it, and its hard to shake it lol
