I don't know the answers to a lot of these. But, abortion is legal and I think it should be because every situation is unique, and isn't it better for it to stop before it is a baby, if the mother won't take care of it. Like you hear all those stories about killing them or abandoning them in dangerous places. I think our country should have a woman president if that woman is better qualified than the person running against them, the sex shouldn't matter. Why would the country fall, just because she was a woman. And the president doesn't even have absolute power or anything. I tihnk same sex marriages should be legalized because it is a free country and people should be able to get married if they love eachother. We are supposed to have a seperation of church and state. I do believe in G-d. I would burn an American flag for a million dollars depending on the circumstances. Because if it was just me in my house, I could use that million dollars to save lives, make sure A LOT of people don't go hungry. I would donate an organ to a complete stranger, but I feel hypocritical saying that because maybe there is someone out there dying right now because they don't have a kidney, and here I am selfishly using two. But, I am just scared that afer saving a stranger, my sibling or something will need one and I won't have it to give and maybe I was their only match. 13. No. I was brought up with spanking and, yeah, okay, I learnt right from wrong, but it's unnecessary. I have been the stepmother of a child for 5 years (he's now 12) and he hasn't been spanked in his life. He has instead learnt the reasons why his actions are wrong (although this takes time, just like problems for which kids are spanked), has a great relationship with both parents and has a deep desire to always please his parents. He has been treated so well that just an angry tone of voice when he has done something wrong is enough to get him crying. So, in short, no. Spanking is unnecessary. As above, peaceful means = peaceful outcome.

4. Yes I do believe in the death penalty, especially for those like Martin Bryant who hunted down mothers with small children like animals in a shooting spree in Tasmania. There is no rehabilitation for that!

5. No, I seriously don't. Have seen first hand how marijuana use can effect families. (not all obviously! before I get another flurry of abusive emails from people reading too much into a statement!)

6. In this day and age I seriously don't think it makes a difference. Love and respect are more important, too much credence is put on that little peice of paper these days.

I am from Darwin Australia where we had the Euthanasia law passed, only for it to be revoked by Federal Government. Phillip Nitschke did great work in providing those with terminal illness a humane death with dignity, allowed them to be surrounded by friends and family without risk of those people going to jail just for being in the room. Isn't this the best parting gift we can give to these individuals?

4) yes...if a person has no remorse for killing someone else, they shouldn't live, if someone rapes a child they should surely not live...if a person can admit their guilt, but finds that they SINCERELY feel remorse, they deserve to live depending on the situation.



5) ABSO-FREAKIN-LUTELY! too many people are considered criminals who are hard working, honest people...marijuana has so many benefits, the government just won't legalize it because they can make lots more money by keeping it illegal...



6) That depends completely on one's personal morals...i see nothing wrong with it if you are in a committed relationship and of consenting age...but i find it absolutely despicable to see young teenagers who already have upwards of 10 partners...i don't even like to fold my younger sister's pants because it disgists me so much...

11) I don't even know if that is possible now...it's so sad...we should never sent troops over there in the first place, but there is so much destruction over there now that if we pulled out completely, there would be a high likelihood of leaving the entire country at such a disadvantage...we should pull most of the military out and get some people to help the iraqis get their lives back together...



12) this is a touchy subject for me...i think it depends on the situation...if a person is constantly in pain and doesn't have much of a life, and they are prepared to die, i think they should have their wish...it is entirely dependent on the situation...



13) spanking yes, only younger children, not enough to hurt them, but enough to scare the crap outta them...i was only spanked a few times as a child and i know it never hurt, i was just really afraid that if i didn't behave, one day it would hurt...lol... there is a fine line between discipline and abuse, though...a couple of swats on the bottom with your hand isn't abuse...
