Is it ever ok for a man to lay his hands on a woman?What if she provokes it?What if she strikes first?

I want to know your opinions on this subject. I am not sure what to say about it. I do agree guys should not be allowed to put there hands on us females. Now if we start it first then i think its a different story. If we strike first or hit first then i think honestly think whatever happens happens. I mean if he calls the cops & says she hit him & he actually didn't hit her the cop wont believe what the male says any ways. Most times the female will lie & try to get out of it im sure. I think that if the female strikes first or provokes the fight then yes i do think she deserves to be hit. Most times though the reason i think why guys hit girls is to scare them a lil to let the girl know that the male is in charge & not the female!Honestly i do think that. Well in some relationships that happens. I have noticed that. What is your opinions on this subject.

A man should never "beat up" a woman or hit her like you would another guy BUT if she starts beating up on the guy then its quite ok for him to say push her away, grab hold of her tight to defend himself. So basically anything that allows the man to defend himself from any attack and stop her from doing so is OK but any aggressive attack is really not, it doesn't take any balls at all to hit a woman so its really just a cowardly move.

Men shouldn't hit women because men are physically stronger than women - Should an adult hit a kid even if the kid hit first?



I don't agree with police not believing a man over domestic abuse charges - its thoughts like that which prevent men from seeking necessary help.

i just think you shouldn't hit anyone who you know can't hit back. strength wise. I guess if the woman was able to fight back. but it's really never okay to hit someone no matter what gender you are.

I don't think either is acceptable, whether it's a man hitting a woman or vise versa.
